Dr. Julius R. Regal Shooting to prominence from seemingly out of nowhere, Dr. Regal took the field of robotics by storm a few years ago, founding Regal Electronics and manufacturing a wide variety of industrial robots. He's prone to grandiose speeches about humanity's future with robots, but his actual vision for that future remains thoroughly unclear, and the more cynical suspect it consists mostly of making himself very wealthy. Those who go past cynicism into pessimism note rumors that he has a connection to Dr. Wily, and suspect him of being an ally to the would-be world conquerer. |
